we all dream while sleeping but some people say that they don't see any dream. This is the case with many few people and you also comment down that do you dream or not? 


So, let's come back to our topic we will tell you why we don't remember dreams? 


So, According to the Harvard Medical school's scientist Robert Stickgold people who set up an alarm at night and sleep at the same time every night and wake up when the alarm rings are more likely to forget about their dreams because they are busy at their work and don't have much time. 


Now, on the other hand, people who do not set up an alarm and wake up at any time in the morning are more likely to remember their dreams because they are not too much busy in any of the works and have much free time.


Science opinion on these two theories? Are these good or bad?


According to science if a person does not remember their dreams then he/she is not too stressed from their mind and is tension-free from all problems in life or does not face any problem.


If we see up the second opinion then science sees that says remembering your dreams says that if you remember your dreams then you are somehow a little bit stressed from inside. It is because a person gets a dream of thing he wants to achieve in his/her life.
